1. Lease Termination and Rent Recovery for Premises Tenants of a District-affiliated Public Institution in ShanghaiJointly with Attorney Jin Lei, he was in charge of recovering rent, occupation fees and other arrears arising from the lease termination of storefront properties. In the preliminary stage, lawyer’s letters specifying detailed payable amounts were issued to most tenants, successfully resolving their lease surrender matters. The remaining two tenants’ disputes were settled through litigation. All tenants completed lease handover and fully repaid all outstanding debts.

2. Service Contract Dispute between Company A and Company BHe represented Company A in this case. The contract stipulated that Company B should pay the final payment after Company A assisted in passing Apple’s review. However, starting from 2023, Apple delayed and even suspended the review process during project implementation, on which ground Company B refused to settle the balance payment.Through thorough evidence analysis during litigation, Attorney Pan successfully argued that Company A had rectified 35 out of the 36 issues raised by Apple for rectification. He further proved that Apple halted the review due to a shift in its cooperation intention with Company B, rather than any defects in the services provided by Company A. The court ruled in favor of Company A, the judgment was upheld on appeal, and full payment has been enforced and fully recovered.
